NADISHODANA PRANAYAMA

          Nadishodana pranayama

we are going to learn today. Nadi shodhana breathing practice also call this channeling cleansing, breathing. Now these other channels several channels through which the crown of loops and in scriptures it is mentioned that we have more than 72,000 Noddi's in our body. Out of these 72,000 Noddi's there are few nadi’s which are important. The one nadi is the left nostril collars the Eden rd or the moon side and the right nostril which is called a single nRd or the sun side.

Nadi shodhana  pranayama or nadi shodhana breathing practice actually helps to clean the channel. A lot of time our channels are being obstructed or being blocked, because of stress because of fatigue, because of trauma, physical or mental trauma, because of a wrong lifestyle. And that's the reason why the channels through which the route of flows gets stopped somewhere. And the functioning reduces either at the physical level or at the mental level. And that's the reason why it is very important to clean the channel to clean this subtle energy channels. Because this preparatory practice helps you to go and do the alternate nostril breathing, also call this our new Loma Willow Most people, when they practice this, they have to make sure that they do they should not strain too much to breathe. They should not force too much to read. Because a lot of times people when they breathe, they breed to roughly to forcefully please avoid that.

Yes, the should be long and deep, but it should also be a little softer, not very forceful. It should be a deep breath, but a soft breathing. Some people build a lot of pressure in the chest. Also some eggs in the clavicle to breathe more. When at the end of inhalation, the breathing becomes very tight, very restricted, very constricted. That should also not be the case when you breathe. Breathing should be soft and gentle without feeling any strain in the chest or the clavicle or inside the body. Few people when they do breathing practice, they start also yawning. Initially it is fine. But if you're practicing regularly, and if still yawning comes that means your exhilaration is very short.

You need to increase your exhilaration. At least your inhalation and exhalation should be equal or exhalation should become little longer than the inhale. This particular practice is very good because it allows the mind to come back into the present. It also relaxes Students and comes the mind. So, this knotty shoulder is very important. It is also very beneficial for respiratory and circulatory system. When the breathing is happening nicely gently with ease, it allows you to come down, it allows the mind to come down. So let's see how to do. So we are going to see three parts.

The first one is called as Nardi showrunner. showrunner should be the first we're going to start with the left nostril, we breathe in and we breathe out to the left nostril. And because we are reading from the left nostril,  we are doing left nostril cleansing. So we are going to start inhaling from the left nostril. The EDA and it also calls the Chandra we are going to breathe in from the left nostril we are going to breathe out from the left nostril, Chandra in general out and distract is also called Chandra biasa because they allows the left channel to get cleansed, then we will do the surgery of biasa.
Inhaling from the right and exiting from that.

Very important, the breath should be deep, but not very strenuous and forceful, it should be gentler, smoother, calmer. Because when you breathe in from the left or from the right, when there is a balance between both the nostril, the both the hemispheres of the brain, the logical side and also the emotional side feels a nice balance, it brings a state of homeostasis. So let's start with Chandra Vyasa. So we hold the hand either like this in wisdom Rudra or Nassim who There are also others pronoun and we keep both arms, both the fingers and the nostril. There are another techniques also where some people keep their fingers their index finger in the middle finger at the center of the eyebrow and they also use this this is also one of the technique but we will use the wish to withdraw or the Nazi mudra or the problem Audra for this so we'll keep both the hands here behind here.

The right thumb will be at the nostril of the right side and ring finger and the little finger will be on the left nostril. Remember when you close you don't have to apply a lot of pressure because when you apply a lot of pressure to close one nostril, it also hampers the flow of grip. That is not what we want to just press the lobe of the nostril one nostril very gently, starting with Chandra of the house, closing the right nostril with a thumb gently, then breathing in through the left nostril. Inhaling softly and then exhaling softly the chest and the abdomen will rise slowly and gently when you do this, and also it will collapse slowly and gently. You continue from the left notes For about 10 minutes to 10 rounds of gender of the house, then you shift to the Sudan as inhaling and exiting from the right nostril.

For doing that, we close the left nostril with the ring finger and the little finger and open the right nostril by allowing the thumb to go away. Again inhalation will happen softly the vent is deep, but when soft.

Let the grid continue like this for about 10 drafts. This allows us to get prepared towards the second step, which is called Chandra halona and Surya VEDA. Chandra Vedanta means piercing from the left nostril which is a Chandra, Nadi Bay, that means to pierce to transform to get into the other side. So we breathe in from the left and then we breathe out from the right again The pressure on the nostril is very gentler just to close in Austria. So now I will do about two rounds of Chandra Madinah breathing practice opening the left nostril inhaling from the left. exit from the right. Then again inhaling from the left, exiting from the right. So left in right out left in right out is what happens in general. And the same can be done with Surya beta inhalation from the right and exhilaration from the left. I will do two rounds.

Usually when you practice you have to do minimum 10 rounds to get the benefit of closing the left nostril with the ring finger and the little finger opening the right nostril by relaxing the tongue Inhaling from the right sudi Aveda closing and exiting from the left, piercing in from the right into the left.

This is how you can continue for 10 grams. What we did was first Chandra the house the inhalation exhilaration from the left. Then we did Surya asana inhaling exhaling from the right. Then we did Chandra Baden inhaling from the left, exiting from the right, inhaling from the left exiting from the right. And then we did Surya return inhaling from the right and exhaling from the left, inhaling from the right, exiting from the left. If you keep on practicing this few rounds, maybe 1010 rounds of each. It allows the Nardi or the channels through which the prana flows the breath flows to get purified. The impurities are removed And also it prepares us to enter into a new loan along with pranayama. Breathing is very essential. without food without water we can survive but not without breaths. And if the breath is very shallow, our thinking also becomes very shallow. If the breath is open, we are much more open at the physical and mental level also.

So keep reading, keep enjoying.
