NADISHODANA PRANAYAMA
Nadishodana pranayama we are going to learn today. Nadi shodhana breathing practice also call this channeling cleansing, breathing. Now these other channels several channels through which the crown of loops and in scriptures it is mentioned that we have more than 72,000 Noddi's in our body. Out of these 72,000 Noddi's there are few nadi’s which are important. The one nadi is the left nostril collars the Eden rd or the moon side and the right nostril which is called a single nRd or the sun side. Nadi shodhana pranayama or nadi shodhana breathing practice actually helps to clean the channel. A lot of time our channels are being obstructed or being blocked, because of stress because of fatigue, because of trauma, physical or mental trauma, because of a wrong lifestyle.
